Didn't cover roots wellHave used same color before with better results - didn't cover my roots very well. Even tried again after shampooing with leftover color and just didn't take. Will be rethinking buying this again.....was using to freshen roots between salon colors and it would get me a few weeks, but not this time, so ended up going back to salon the following week. Gray coverage is badThe color smelled worse than what I was using before and my hair did not feel good after coloring like it does with the professional color I was using, but I still kept an open mind. The color turned out quite pretty, but I was unimpressed with the gray coverage right after coloring. But about a week after I colored my hair, all the gray seemed to show back up. And yes, I followed the instructions to the letter and I am not a hair color novice by any means. After 10 days hairs near root looks much lighterafter 10 days color faded near roots and in sun light it looks two different color-near root its light brown and tip darkest brown.
