After 10 days hairs near root looks much lighterafter 10 days color faded near roots and in sun light it looks two different color-near root its light brown and tip darkest brown. Last Color Order Not Up To ParI received my latest order on August 13, 2021 and colored the next day. It was the first order, as a long time customer, that I received and have been very unhappy with. I didn't request a change in my color, but when I completed the coloring process, my hair was drab and just plain blah. There were no color dimensions in my hair (highlights and lowlights) as there usually are. I am very disappointed. I don't know if I want to proceed with my automatic color orders. Awful have ended up with two toned hair even though followed instructionsI followed exactly the instructions and I now have darker roots and patches of lighter colour in some areas. The roots/ends separate bottles, used one half of each with one bottle of developer as per printed instructions. What happened?! See new After photos attached 8-25-2021I had written detailed notes about Color Goals (Medium Blonde (Cool Beige)), my skin tone, hair texture and tendency to come up red and included multiple photos. I was expecting a mix that was predominantly ash with far less gold. The resulting color on the 5-6 inches of virgin hair from the crown down came up very red and the overall color clearly appears distinctly Auburn. It completely clashes with my fair neutral/slightly cool skin tone so I'm very disappointed.
