Film covering my hairIt took about 30-45 minutes to wash this out of my hair. After I was done, my hair felt crunchy towards the ends and very greasy (like a film) all over the rest of my head. I have washed my hair 4 times in the last 24 hours to make my hair feel like normal hair. I finally fixed it with DAWN DISHSOAP! Every other shampoo did nothing. After all of this, my hair is the exact same color! I followed directions and followed the How to videos. I just want my hair back to normal. :( 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Disaapointed:(I was so excited when I received my box but then I ended up disappointed. The color is too dark from the color I have chosen from your list when I sign up/chose the color I want for my hair. What the WAX ??After reviewing ALL literature enclosed in my custom color kit, I followed the instructions and began coloring my hair (which I have done in the past with store brands) and much to my surprise during the last step and rinse out my hair was coated in a HEAVY waxy substance. It was as if someone had melted a candle and poured it into my hair. It was embedded in my nails and in a comb I used to try to get it out. It would not rinse out even with HOT water for over 10 minutes, and took 3 shampoo ings to remove. Very surprised by this. Sadly the outcome of my hair color was dull and heavy. I would advise e-salon to mention this in its literature if this is a normal process in there coloring product. But I cant for the life of me understand what this type of waxy substance would be for, in coloring your hair. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
