Darker color than my usual hairI have specifically informed them that i want to go ash brown they said its not doable but they can ho a shade lighter from what my current color is. I was fine with this . Did my color today and it turned black! Black! The communication was fine but the outcome is not. I was very precise to let them know that i do not want yi put chemicals on my hair if they will not be able to give me a good outcome. But still i have this black hair now. Verstecktes Abo und kein Einhalten der RücknahmegarantieMit der ersten Bestellung und der Farbe war ich überhaupt nicht zufrieden, keine ausreichende Grauabdeckung etc. Anscheinend wurde automatisch ein Abo abgeschlossen und da die Bestellbestätigung in meinem Spam gelandet ist, kam die Bestellung unerwartet bei mir an und der Betrag wurde mir sofort von der Kreditkarte abgezogen. Meine E-Mail-Beschwerde ging an irgendeine Adresse in London und ich habe bis heute keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Sentiment de non prise en compte de ma demandeC'est la troisième fois que je fais une commande sur eSalon. Pour cette dernière commande j'ai choisi une couleur plus foncée que la précédente tout en exprimant mes doutes, mes hésitations. De plus, j'ai également précisé qu'il fallait une touche de vert dans la composition car mes cheveux ont tendance à prendre des reflets roux que je n'aime pas du tout. Je suis très étonnée de n'avoir eu aucun retour, échanges avec un conseiller et également déçue de constater qu'il n'y a pas de touche de vert dans la composition de la couleur que je viens de recevoir. Extremely disappointedThe last dye I received was too light. I think it was mixed wrong. My roots ended up light brown instead of dark brown to match the rest of my hair. I had to buy hair dye from a beauty supply to fix it. Need better gray coverage. My grays will reappear after the second wash after dying with this dye.
