Not what I wantedI asked for a light brown with hints of copper. I instead I got a hair color of a red head. I am extremely dissatisfied with my hair color!! Not worth the moneyThis was probably one of the worst colors I have ever used. First of all it didn’t color my grays at all. It’s left my hair hard and very difficult to comb. I have already spoken to someone about this and she said she canceled my next shipment. With that bring said PLEASE DONOT SEND ME ANYTHING ELSE!!! Repeated wrong colorI am unable to get the resulting color I am looking for - I asked for Golden Blonde and have shared that I have red in my hair naturally - which is important when attempting to achieve golden blonde according to every salon that has serviced my hair. Usually a colorist will only get this wrong one time before updating to correct to achieve the outcome. This has been at least four times and the color has not been adjusted despite my feedback. It is a shame, the color could not be corrected because I really like how my hair feels once I've used the included shampoo and conditioner. Clients typically have much better results when current photos for reference are provided so that our colorists can review your profile for accuracy and accurately advise you. If your roots turned purple, it would have to be because your 2nd bottle (for the previously dyed parts of your hair) was applied to the roots, as this formulation was pure tone violet, while the color intended for your roots had Dark Brown base in it. I may need to adapt colorI still am baffled by the gel like gunk that the coloring process entails in rinsing...almost like the water doesn't rinse it out...it just stays in one place...maybe some explanation in this in the instructions to warn that it will do this and the most sufficient way to remove it...im always scared to use the shampoo after coloring because I don't want to ruin the color but I think its necessary along with conditioning of course to get the color gunk out...the color is really nice but im still having issues with brassiness after about a week...I have no red in my natural color and I was hoping salon could help me with this by given me the right mixture of cool ash neutral coloring but Ive yet to be able to get rid of the reddish color...maybe I need to have the color experts adjust my mix? 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. It is important to understand that all brunette hair has natural red underlying pigment in it, and once chemically processed, this underlying pigment is revealed (especially as the color starts to fade).
