Big mistakeIt was the biggest mistake I've ever made to order personalised color. I am blond and usually going for light highlights or Bright warm colours. I decided to order from this company as it looked legit. Turned out that color they sent me was red instead of light blond. Not only this - dye almost burned my scalp. It’s brownI have been confused about why the root color is brown and the strand color is red when I wanted red hair. I worked with it a few times trying to do it their way but always ended up blotchy. This time while I was coloring my roots I decided to pull the remaining through my hair to freshen up my color.
