Color was awfulI’ve been dying my hair a long time and it’s especially hard to screw up my hair but this hair color has done just that. I ordered darkest brown + violet explaining I hate a lot of red and my hair turned 3 shades lighter on roots and looks horrible. I tried using the extra bottle of color to fix and it did same thing. Big mistakeIt was the biggest mistake I've ever made to order personalised color. I am blond and usually going for light highlights or Bright warm colours. I decided to order from this company as it looked legit. Turned out that color they sent me was red instead of light blond. Not only this - dye almost burned my scalp.
