Not enough coverageI expressed how I have red undertones and want to cover them up. Great Color; Not Lasting As Long As BeforeI love your company, your Colorists, & have loved your product for a few years now. That is until these past few kits. Your color always lasted extremely well but not anymore. Within 3 weeks the white hairs are white again. Your formula change was not a good idea. Not only does the color not last, my hair does not have the shine & softness it's always had with your kit. Why did you mess up a great product? Your Colorists are great, they've matched my natural red hair perfectly. Now, with your color not lasting even a month I don't know what to do. I do not want to over dye & damage my hair. Wrong colorI had asked for my custom color to be light brown with a blonde highlights and I received a medium brown....not happy with it this color. Maybe y'all can make this right. It broke off my ends and Dried my hair out completelyDried my hair out completely. I’m so sorry I wanted to love this , but Mediocre product I followed every instruction by the letter. The color was pretty . not what I wanted but I expected that was ordering something online? !
