bad batch of color maybe not satisfiedJust wanted to let you know I'm not happy or satisfied with my last color package. I have explained over the phone and by email. I either need a refund for my last color or the next order at no charge to me. Please let me know what you decide. If no refund or a free color then you can cancel my account. Terrible colourMy main request was to neutralise the red in my hair as my roots were dark with grey and the rest of ny hair was brown/red/ginger (wishy washy). What happened!?I've been using eSalon for over 2 years... loved it still do to a point. My last shipment was a weird one to say the least..I mixed my dye as always... this time it got hot?! Quickly??!! I went to grab my towel (typically what I do) came back (under 2 minutes) it exploded! All over my vanity in bathroom!! I scooped up what I could and placed on my hair needless to say no coloring took place... however it definitely colored my vanity! ! It's ruined... along with my lovely (sarcasm here!) Color treated hairI really love the hair color, leaves my hair looking and feeling nice. But the reason I only gave it three stars is because my gray hair doesn’t stay covered for very long, the gray starts showing by the third wash 👎.. slowly it starts creeping out with every wash.. Didn’t cover my grays! :(I’m so disappointed! First of all the color is off, too orange & fake looking & secondly after very precise work & time spent covering every strand, my entire frame of my face did not take to the color & all of my grays are still there, it looks terrible. The darker colorIt didn’t darken my roots like the previous color I had. It tinted them but I could still see the line of what was grey, but as a light brown.
