The blue black isn't even blackI requested blue black as my color choice. The last couple of orders I received resulted in dark brown hair at the darkest. And that was not as a result of the color washing out. It was dark brown from Day 1 of dying. It is not black. I sent a request today to change it to THE DARKEST blue black they make. Color is good but my whites are still thereI followed all the instructions, however my whites are still very much there. Some had darkened a little bit (brownish) but I could clearly see whites/grey hair. The shampoo and conditioner were very good though as it left my hair feeling silky smooth. Not as I ExpectedI usually love my hair color; however, this time not so much. I requested a deeper reddish/brown but it came out much more brown with very little red. The color was not as vibrant as I usually get from my order. Also, I requested more gray coverage but got even less. The color faded much faster as well. I have always been happy but was disappointed with the outcome this shipment. I have requested a color adjustment, more gray coverage, and a longer-lasting result. GraysI've been gettin my personalized color kit for 7 years. I love the color, it looks so natural. But I have had problems with the grays showing is just 3 to 4 weeks.
