Shipping was fastShipping was fast, the packaging was nice, and I liked the way the dye goes on hair. The color however was a big nope. It didn't cover my whites, it doesn't look much different than my normal color. When my husband saw my hair after coloring his first reaction was 'oh, you dyed it? It looks so fad' Very disappointed. Will not be ordering again and advise people go elsewhere for colorThis was definitely not the same color I ordered the first time. I’m going to cancel my account because I even contacted Esalon about it and they never replied. Worked fineI liked the packaging and product design, but overal the dye was only a little better than cheaper store bought dye. It was also a lot darker than I wanted so I changed it after a few days even though the color was pretty. I would try it again if it really would save me money compared to a salon, but for a new kit + shipping + import costs (that I was not expecting since it wasn't mentioned anywhere) it is not worth it for me.
