Does not cover gray well on Asian hair textureUnfortunately, I had to cancel because the product did not really cover my gray, and even after the colorists tried to adjust for a second try it was still not effective. Went back to Loreal Excellence/Superior Preference. Waste of moneyI tried eSalon's products for my naturally blonde hair. Since it's supposed to be "made for me " I didn't think that I'd have any problems. Well much to my dismay instead of being blonde I had dark brown hair. I absolutely would NOT recommend this product. It's a total waste of money. I had to go purchase another color at beauty supply to turn my hair back to blonde. IM VERY UNHAPPY WITH ESALON. When I called customer service they didn't offer me a refund...nothing. only one time I received a formula that cover my graysWhen I canceled my order, you sent me a new formula and that one was the best I received, but after that, the formula went but to normal. Did not work for meIt did not work for me at all. I saved this for a special occasion. I applied it thoroughly to every gray strand and followed every instruction. Color coverageThis was my first time coloring me hair without using a “box dye.” I was really excited about the process. I followed every direction. The color did not do anything to my roots. It’s still my faded brown with a hard transition into the copper red tone. Since I have a lot of hair I even left the color on for an additional 8 minutes for each step. Hair LossI thought your product has good ingredients. Your ads are too good to be true! I lost hair and now thinning. I will never buy from your company ever again! If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application.
