ColorNot exactly the color I wanted. another catastrophic sessionI complained about the new dye over six months ago and cancelled the sequential orders. After thinking my complaint was heard |I resumed the order. and my hair has fallen off, my head is on fire. Uneven and Way Too DarkI am devastated by the outcome of my hair, I followed the instructions step by step. I was sent two different color dyes for my roots and ends! Always the wrong colorI have been trying this hair color for a year now and each time it never turns out how it should. I have had it adjusted to darkest brown mahogany and it still turns out a light/medium brown with a hint of light red and my roots turn out bright orange red.
