AwfulI joined this scheme towards the beginning of the pandemic attracted by the ease of being able to skip an order. As the company has become more greedy, they have made it nigh on impossible to Skip an Order. You just get an unwanted order our of the blue. I thought I had cancelled my account last time but the hair colour keeps coming....I now have 3 x unwanted boxes. Poor coverage grey hairI loved the first order I received but this last order was rather disappointing. Very poor coverage of the few grey hairs I have which were adequately colored last batch. No longer lasts like it used to!Something changed and this colour now fades between treatments. It used to be fantastic really covering roots perfectly and always the difference worth paying for over pharmacies products. Not light mahogany brownFirst order I received I was pleased with . I asked for a slight change for the Next bottle. I asked for a light mahogany brown they sent me copper . Color wasn’t rightI feel like in my explication of what I wanted I was very specific and the color I received just wasn’t what I asked for. I wanted it to be more mahogany reddish and when I used the color you could barely tell I had even dyed my hair. The last 2 color sets were terrible. They would fade in a couple of washes.The last 2 colors sets were terrible. Did a poor job of covering my grey, made my hair very dry and would fade out in couple of washes. Very disappointed. Dec 2021: yet another disappointed coloring experience the last couple of times.
