What a waste of money!I ordered a second box, thinking I did something wrong because the 1st time the color didn't stay in at all. I did follow all instructions, even had my husband help me the 2nd time! STILL NO COLOR. DisappointedTurned out to be a level 1 black on the middle and ends of my hair. The goal was an overall level 5 chocolate brown. There should have been a protein filler added to my box so the porous areas of my hair(mainly ends) did not process so dark. Hated colorHonestly I hated the color I got-I also did not know your color was only meant for roots vs an all over color and if I wanted to ever go lighter it wasn’t possible. Wrong colorI always choose a burgundy and had complained that the last color didn’t cover my gray. They wouldn’t even refund my money. I have been using this product and recommending it for many years. The next shipment that came in turned my hair almost black.
