OMGOSH 10 years and no moreI have been using exclusively for 10 years and loved, loved loved my color. I thought I was losing my mind until JUST NOW. I am stopping my membership immediately. The color is different and does not last through 3-4 shampoos with gentle shampoo, no sun, no styling tools. I read today other customers are experiencing the same issues. Color not lasting as long.I’ve been a happy customer since 2017, but over the last 3 applications, I’ve noticed that my grey is showing a lot sooner, like within 2-3 weeks. My color is fading much quicker also. I’ve read that you’ve changed your formula, which so far is not working out for me. I need a better coverage product. Where’s the colour gone?Thought something was up with my hair but relieved to see others here are also finding that the colour fades super fast….within two washes I’ve lost that rich, copper vibrancy and am back to having a faded colour. Really disappointing, have no idea why this is happening as the colourstay was actually one of the things I really liked about this product. At this rate I will have to go back to an actual Salon. Grey coverageThe first time I ordered I was very satisfied, just needed a tweak for better coverage with grey. This time I was told to leave on longer. Coverage was less. Colour never rightI ordered a copper colour for my hair initially to be able to get that salon colour at home when lockdown meant appointments were scare. After being disappointed with the result the first time I was offered a free box. When it arrived I was very pleased thinking this was great service despite the inconvenience of having the wrong colour. After putting on the second box I was so annoyed that yet again the colour was more a vibrant red and definitely not what I ordered.
