UnhappyHad some real issues with Color/Shade on my first order, but the real issue is I have contacted them 3 times with no response so I guess I cancelled my membership . I can also confirm you were refunded for the rush processing fee that you paid! Rush Processing is an in-house service that fast tracks the processing of your order. It does not upgrade your shipping method. Normal processing times take 2-3 business days while rush takes on average 1 business day. We are currently unable to offer priority shipping to our international clients at this time. We hope that you enjoy your hair color and we look forward to hearing your feedback! |
