Grey coverageThe first time I ordered I was very satisfied, just needed a tweak for better coverage with grey. This time I was told to leave on longer. Coverage was less. Colour never rightI ordered a copper colour for my hair initially to be able to get that salon colour at home when lockdown meant appointments were scare. After being disappointed with the result the first time I was offered a free box. When it arrived I was very pleased thinking this was great service despite the inconvenience of having the wrong colour. After putting on the second box I was so annoyed that yet again the colour was more a vibrant red and definitely not what I ordered. What happened01.31.2022 6:17 pm EST Update: spoke to hair colorist today!, they are tweaking my formula to meet my grey issue. Thank you for the quick customer service response. I’ll let you know how the NEW mix goes!! So I am upping my review from 2 star to 3 star. 01.31.2022- I thought I did something wrong! However, after reading the reviews, I can see others have also been having the same issue. I have been a customer since 2017. I am on auto mail for my color every 4 weeks. I have stubborn white grey hair. Which my colorist is aware of. The last two times I have done my hair my Grey has not taken the color. I was so disappointed. So I had a “back up” kit (since being at home for a year due to Covid I did not stick to a strick 4 week schedule and might go an extra few days. This allowed me to have an “extra” kit as I continue to stay on a 4 week auto mailing. After 2 weeks, I decided to color my hair again. I have all the equipment, watched all the videos, (btw- I have been coloring my hair over 40 years) and still the grey around my temples and ear did not take. I know not to use the stain guard (never have) and I apply to stubborn areas first so it has a longer time to take. If this continues I don’t know what to do. I have noticed a change in the formula, and frankly it is not as good. Please please do something about this. Not the correct color please go back to my old colorThe past two times the color is now too dark brown/red. It no longer is soft black, so I now have about two inches of dark brown/redish band of color since it doesn't match the soft black that it used to be. I think there is a new colorist. I would like my old colorist or a seasoned colorist. Please send soft black for me BUT NOT TOO BLACK and NOT DARK BROWN/RED. The color changed when I tried the toner, but I thought that the toner was for the roots inbetween coloring, but it says to use only on the ends not on the roots. Therefore, I do not want any toner. I received a toner this time even though I deleted it. I hope that I wasn't charged for it because I don't use it. I have been with you all for a long time.
