MisleadingI tried this colour out and it didn’t seem to cover at all. I have tried contacting them and all I seem to be told is the department I need to speak too is unavailable and someone will get back to me by email. Color is lovely at firstThe color has not completely covered my gray hair. It is like it’s stained but not completely covered. I wonder will the next coloring color it or not, since it hasn’t been colored in about 6 months. Not the color shownThis color was nothing like what was shown. I was supposed to be strawberry blond. It had basically no red in it at all and made my hair darker than it was and looks like a gross light brown. So disappointed as now that it is dyed I can't lighten even back to my normal color.
