Not the sameWhen they switched to the new products it's not the same so I stopped my order. I'm only doing this review because they won't stop sending me emails that I never signed up for. The Smell was too much to takeThe color and coverage was very good, The product did leave my hair a bit coarser than it normally is, but some extra conditioner takes care of that. Whats the point of a custom service?I explicitly mentioned my thick hair and virgin roots. I got the package and it wasnt enough for my whole head (this service is geared towards people with thinner and lighter hair apparently). I also followed their directions. I have been box dyieing my hair for years. This is the ONLY time I have ever gotten light roots like a damn band. And it did nothing to my lower hair.
