No changeI was so excited to get my color and try it out, but after I went through the whole process, there was literally no change at all on my hair. The roots were still grayish and the overall color didn’t change at all. It’s frustrating because I don’t want to over process my hair, so I’ll have to wait 8 more weeks before I try to fix it. Wrong colorI have used E Salon for 5 yrs and never had any problems. The last 6 mos, I have been sent the wrong color formula. I have informed E Salon every time and they keep sending me the wrong color formula. It is labeled with the same color formula, but I am mahogany and the color formula has gone from dk brown to light yellow. Didn’t cover my graysI was disappointed when I colored my hair and still have gray hair right on my hair line which I saturated in color. I have black hair so it really shows and looks terrible.
