MessyI just got my first order of color today and when I opened the box, both of the color bottles had leaked. It doesn’t appear to be a lot but I ended up with color all over my hands and the instructions had color on them, making them hard to read. I wasn’t expecting such a mess. GrayI left the product on for an hour and still I saw my grays. But I decided 5 more mins. I decided to rinse and condition. After all that, my grays are still on my sides very bad. Hair is no longer copperI am very very upset because my hair is no longer copper it’s just dark brown with some copper in it. I don’t know what I’ll have to do to get it back now, probably go to a salon and spend £100’s which is what i was trying to avoid doing in the first place by ordering this. The formula of the dye was the same as last time (on paper) and I followed instructions down to a T, and it turned out like two different colours. it’s also not my first time colouring my own hair. Did Not Cover GreyI love this color, but it doesn’t do a good job of covering my grey hair. I have used this color before and was told to leave it on longer.
