Poor gray coverageMy color kit used to cover my gray perfectly, however, for the last several months this has not been the case. Not what I expected.I was hoping to go a lot darker and even received an email from the stylist that I was going two shades darker and she recommended going darker gradually. My hair barely changed. RotstichLiebes esalon Team. Die Haarfarbe an sich ist wirklich ein tolles Produkt. Leider hat diese Mischung bei mir einen Rotstich (den ich endlich rausbekommen habe nach mehreren färben) verursacht. Das hat mich sehr geärgert. Ich wollte eigentlich ein helles kühles blond oder ein kühles hellbraun. Das habe ich auch mitgeteilt und eure Empfehlung war ein hellbraun, was ja nicht verkehrt ist aber ihr müsst die Kunden bitte darüber informieren ob bei einem schon vorhandenen Rotstich die Farbe dieses noch mehr hervorhebt. Horrible Outcome.Based on the color chart and pictures I sent in, I ordered this color—medium Copper Blonde. I did as instructed and the color was less than appealing. It left my hair dry and dull. In my notes, to the colorist, I specifically asked for more of a strawberry medium blonde than copper plus with the photo it should have been closer to what was requested. I am totally disappointed and now have to go back to my stylist and spend the $120 to get the shine and luster my hair once had. I do not recommend it.
