My Hair is Brown Instead of RedI just wanted to touch up the roots for my red hair color. I used the kit sent to me and instead of red hair, my hair is now brown everywhere except the roots which are clown-orange. I found the color very drying as well. Probably the worst my hair has ever lookedI did try to cancel after the first time I was supposed to get blonde and the already nice blonde I had was covered with a murky brown. I was told my colour would be adjusted to blonde for next time so I gave it another shot. After paying to fix the awful colour the first time I was short on time to go and get it done again so I risked it with my ‘revised blonde’ only to again have my nice blonde covered with an awful murky browny grey. Will need to pay to get this fixed again. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend, waste of time and money. Plus they keep sending me boxes and charging me even though I keep trying to cancel. Too Strong for hairI used this product for the first time today 10/2/2022 since I purchased in September, upon mixing developer and color I found the smell was a bit strong smelled of amonia when I put in my hair and followed processing times after shampooing and conditioning I noticed clumps of hair falling out of which I provided a picture. I cannot continue using this product. why is it so different from the last 2 times????this recent hair color is NOT the same as the last 2. I did not ask for adjustments, so why is it so light? It did not cover any grays, and it was not as dark as it usually is! Why does this keep happening? I do not believe you guys stick to the same formula...My hair DOES NOT look like it was even touched up or colored this time. I feel like I am paying 40$ for absolutely nothing! Either you guys are running some kind of scam, b/c I do not understand why, once I like the color and want it to stay the same, it suddenly gets screwed up??!! Misleading advertisingI wanted to try this service thinking any color could be custom made. I was indecisive and had to talk two different colorists and I was told if there is bleach or toning involved I still have to go to a salon.
