Absolut gar keine Veränderung!11 Euro in den Müll geworfen. Ich habe mir ein paar Tage zuvor einen Undercut rasiert und hatte dementsprechend Teststrähnen zur Verfügung. Not what I asked for!I requested a nice “ash” blonde colour since that is what my natural colour tends to lean toward. I excitedly followed the directions to the letter and ended up with the same reddish tint I can get from a cheap department store box colour. That was my whole purpose for purchasing your product to not end up with brassy clown hair! I am so disappointed and embarrassed to leave my house. Tried TwiceI recently purchased this kit. Followed the instructions and found that the color did not color my new growth. I reached out about my unsatisfactory results, sent descriptions and photos, they reformulated my color, I payed again (no free kit offered), tried again with a darker formula and leaving the color on for a longer time and still new growth has not been changed. All of this happening in less than a month. Very dissatisfied with this product. I won’t try it again. disappointmentI was disappointed in the product. Also, I was not aware that I signed up to receive an automatic second order. When I got the email that my account had been charged and you were sending another order, I tried calling multiple times but the call always FAILED. Not good for grey coverageI tried to like this. The product seems high quality and is not too smelly. I love the color they formulated for me. But after multiple tweaks, it just doesn’t do the job of covering greys. I followed the instructions perfectly, and this last time I had grey roots after ONE shampoo. It’s expensive too.
