Pretty badOverall I found the color a bit hard to apply evenly, but that may have been my eye sight. It came out okay initially, but is fading really quickly. Then tonight, 3 weeks after coloring, there are streaks of hair color all over my pillow. Wtf? I do not use hair product or heat style, just shampoo and condition with the same stuff I've used for months so I can't explain why the color is bleeding everywhere now. Didn't dye my hair at allI was so super excited to receive and use this Color Set and I have to say I am sorely disappointed. I have been almost fully gray since I was 17 (currently 36) and I've been dying my roots for 20 years. I followed these instructions step-by-step and after an hour of application and setting my timers, etc. I rinsed my hair out and it didn't color a single hair on my entire head. My hair didn't like it!I used the product exactly as instructed and my hair didn't take the color it turned almost a pink instead of the burgundy I was expecting and started falling out in clumps immediately. To be fair I never use any products in my hair so I didn't really know what to expect. Holpriger StartMein Start war nicht so, wie ich es mir gedacht habe. Die Farbe war viel zu dunkel und der Ansatz nach eine Woche sehr grau. Die zweite Farbe war noch einen Ton dunkler. Danach war ich so enttäuscht, dass ich keinen weiteren Versuch starten wollte. Daraufhin habe ich eine kostenlose Farbe bekommen, die am Ansatz so hell ist, wie meine Farbe, die ich von Garnier von dm hatte. Doesn't work for my natural hairI ordered a product with shampoo at a discount. None of this stuff works for my type of hair. I wrote to customer service, but still, nobody replied. Color options not for Red HeadsHad gone over with the colorist helper what color I desired and sent in a picture, but the color I received was too light so they recommended a different type of red and sent for the second time but it was way off.
