The color it wasn't exactly what I expectedI have short hair (just shoulder level), extra fine, and with a lot of grays. I was trying to cover my roots and grays while I was traveling (not going to my stylist/salon until about 2 months) but the color was a little too "gold"/ Yellow the color I was trying to match. The consistency of the mix was way too liquid, it didn't cover my gray hair for more than 1 week and after that, the color practically vanished. Because I have fine hair a lot of the product was wasted. I don't think this is a bad product, I just think it's not for me. Not goodI chose a dark blonde copper to go over my high lighted blonde hair. Followed instructions to the letter and after using this I was left with very red roots and light blonde coppery ends. I emailed and uploaded a photo expecting a reply with some support and colour correction offered but was ignored. Usually so quick to reply to emails but I received nothing. Dull, roots+ends different, wrong color.It is just a dull almost natural looking auburn color where it took, I wanted a intense violet -violet, violet-red magenta or "bright burgundy" color. The roots are barely colored and almost brassy in some spots. The ends look like a much lighter faded version of the midshaft but feel good thankfully. Second time usedColored my hair today and once I mixed the solution into the applicator and shook it for the proper period of time, the solution was like sludge. I had an extremely difficult time get it out onto my hair and ended up making a mess. Maybe it was a bad mixture but I’m quite sure I was not able to cover all my silver roots. It's OK...I think I am not conveying to you what I really want/need. The photo I originally sent to you - my hair was MUCH blonder, and that is the look I am hoping to achieve. I guess I originally asked for root touchup but each time I use your product, myhair seems to turn darker. And I promise that I only put it on the roots this time. Not great.Bought this colour back in September. Wasn’t ready to use at that stage, I have always been extremely happy with Clairol nice and easy original formula however their formula has changed and I am looking for a new supplier. This colour is so one dimensional and their are no tones. The colour is flat with no reflective colour. Terrible coverageI just finished coloring my hair and the quality is not what I'm used to from eSalon. The roots are barely tinted and appear brassy in comparison to the length of my hair. Not dark brown at all. Very disappointed.
