Color was greatColor was beautiful when it first went on my hair but it’s been a few weeks and my permanent hair color is still washing out and coming off on my towels, it’s very much lighter than it originally was almost to the point it’s not really there too much anymore, maybe I did something wrong and if so that’s on me but I’m not too sure. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

The Last Order I GotI have been happy until now. The color didn't take evenly or the color it was suppose to be. The top front of my hair is lighter than the rest also. Not happy at all ! Color was darker than what I wantedI love the packaging, it’s so cute and I really appreciate how personalized it was. However, the color is not the shade that I wanted, it’s much darker where as I wanted it much more light/blonde. Another error I noticed that I asked No ammonia since I have thin fine hair and did not want to damage my hair, however, when the box arrived, one bottle (roots) was No ammonia but the other bottle had ammonia. I also did not understand why roots color was semi permanent while the other one is permanent. However, the color is right, it’s the color that I wanted but the shade is different. Communication is poorI emailed twice to get this amended and nothing was done. I cancel and I was still charged. I’ve finally called and had a refund but the shipping wasn’t and it’s £7. Not the colour I requestedI am still I'm shock. I ordered a dark blonde copper. My hair is now dark brown with hint of red tones. It's nowhere near blonde anymore. Disappointed ResultsI was excited to try eSalon after everything I had been reading about it. I was impressed with the package I received with the separate items labeled and placed neatly in their respective locations. Everything that could possibly be needed was included. The instructions and application were very simple and easy to follow. I loved the resulting hair color. However, after the first week, I noticed the color was fading faster than I anticipated. By 2 weeks, so much I was wanting to color it again. Thinking i maybe was at fault with the color I selected, I.asked for a different shade. Again, color faded. I tried one more time, and color faded again. Yes, I used shampoo for color treated hair and a weekly treatment conditioner from eSalon for insurance of lasting color.
