Don't order if you want black dyeI gave this a fair shot, tried to adjust my order 3 times. I asked for black. All 3 adjustments couldn't get to black, so I spent 3 months with brown or visibly grey roots. Customer service was very friendly, but ultimately unable to make BLACK hair dye. I don't at all understand why it was so difficult. They say satisfaction guaranteed, but that wasn't the case at all.
