Keine Grauabdeckung, Menge nicht ausreichendDie Menge der Farbe reicht leider überhaupt nicht aus für etwas längeres Haar (schulterlang!) . Zudem ist die Coloration ziemlich dunkel und nicht natürlich und deckt leider auch die kleinen grauen Häärchen nicht ab. Ich habe mehrfach mitgeteilt dass ich nicht zufrieden bin und dennoch keine Rückmeldung erhalten, stattdessen wurden die Beträge fleißig weiter abgebucht! Coming out redNo back-and-forth communication with the colorist. I provided my initial request and then this was shipped to me without any talking with me, or showing me a photo. I ran with it and now my hair is -- again -- quite red. I am mostly disappointed in the way this was handled.
