Hate it!!!!The new color you sent me has turned me into a brunette! I hate it!!! I had a color I loved and used for years. After changing my credit card that I was using to pay for the order, I was forced to go through the color selection all over. I just received my new order, which was supposed to maintain my blonde color is now brunette, I would have been better off not using anything. DisappointedWas excited to use this hair color after all the hype I read about it. The first time was just ok - color was nice but in 3 weeks, I saw a lot of grey. The second time was worse - I saw grey in several places right after coloring and the brown color was drab. I reached out to eSalon but no response after a few days so I cancelled future orders. I just don't see any improvement over the boxed color I get at the store and it is 1/3 the price! I am not new to coloring - I've been at it for over 30 years. Worst Hair colour ever. Burned my hair & lots of my hair fell out.Worst experience I have ever had with a Hair colour. It burned all my hair so much that I will have to cut it off. I always colour my Hair @ a Hair Salon. This was the first time I didn't & never again. It will take a long time for my hair to recover from this. I am cancelling my shipment STAT.
