Would like to cancelBack in the summer of this year I talked to someone asking them to cancel my order because I was going to be out of the country and because the product I was receiving wouldn’t cover my white hair completely. The first order was really good, but I tried a couple more times and it just didn’t seem to work the same. I just returned and see that I continued to receive the product, which I would like to return and get my money back. Would you please let me know how do I do that? Non desired outcomeMy colour didn't come out well. I took it to the salon and followed the instructions. We had to wait extra 10mins after putting the step 2 and massage all over my hair.
