The colour was far too darkThe product was very easy and pleasant to use with no smell at all! However, the colour that was designed for me was far to dark and had a hint of RED not GINGER in it. I requested that I could be made a rich caramel colour that would make my hair look shiny and healthy unfortunately it doesn't! Price increase without warning which means customs charge on top!What started off as an offer of €10 in October 23 in online ad, But ended up costing €23.50 when I filled out my details online😳How did it get to €29.45 by January’24 And a customs charge of €10.47 because of the high cost. Ruined my hair color, I look like a freak.I requested more natural red tones, and not such a dark base. My hair is literally eggplant purple. It is the most horrendous result I could have imagined. I would have gotten better results buying an $8 box dye from CVS. Now I have to slick my hair back in a bun to hide how messed up my hair is. I feel so insecure about my hair, it’s affected my confidence. I have canceled my upcoming plans because I am embarrassed. I have to go to a salon to get a professional to fix and lift the color.
