Wildly off on the color I was expectingI have dark brown/black hair, I was very clear I wanted root coverage for greys only in my natural shade. This color was way off what I expected when they sent it the first time, it’s practically copper! Annoyingly I have received a second bottle of this stuff without realizing that it’s a subscription service. Colour ok, covered grey, but gave me allergic reactionDid 48 hour patch test prior to dying my hair. Not at all as advertisedThis was absolutely not worth the investment. I responded to an email asking my color preferences and what I was wanting to achieve. I wasn't looking to change anything, just maintain my current red color. The color I received ended up being a slightly reddish brown. I've been coloring my hair with professional color for over 20 years. I have never been so disappointed, and I regret giving this brand a chance. It also didn't even color my ash blonde roots, which normally soaks up color like a sponge. As soon as I can figure out how to unsubscribe (because that's apparently hidden), I will be. Not what I ordered but looks okThe colour looks nice but it’s not what I expected- my hair was dark blonde and it’s now a light brown with a tinge of copper - I didn’t want to change to light brown I thought I was getting intense copper - The base colour was too dark so it’s completely changed my hair and taken it way darker than I wanted or felt comfortable with - I don’t know how to fix it 1 de 1 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Déçue par la couleurProduit reçu rapidement, bien présenté, instructions claires ! La couleur est de bonne qualité... mais ce n'est malheureusement pas la couleur que j'espérais obtenir ! J'espérais retrouver un roux tirant légèrement sur le auburn, et je me retrouve avec une couleur complètement châtain (avec des relfets roux.)
