Light blondeI remember when I tried eSalon back in 2018, and the color wasn't light enough. Now that you have the lighter blonde, I wanted to try it again. This still isn't light enough. I can barely see it against my own natural brown. I could hardly tell I colored my hair at all and no one else could tell either. Loved the color but it did not cover my grayThe color was just a beautiful color but it did not cover my gray and this was a permanent color. I left it on 30 minutes as well. Not the colour I wantedUnfortunately I’ve been left really disappointed with the results of my colour. I requested an ashy strawberry blonde and sent in photos of my current colour. After a really long delay in getting it sent to me, it’s come out brown and the lengths of my hair are a different colour to the roots, and much darker than I’m used to. I requested the lightest colour available to me. I wish I’d just stuck to my usual box dye. I’d hoped esalon would give me a lovely natural colour that I’d love but I’m left hating my hair and they don’t seem too concerned. It’s also quite frustrating that they say they give you a second bottle of colour for FREE!!! And even sticker it as being free… when in fact it’s for the ends of your hair?!? I had to reread the instructions 10 times to check I hadn’t missed something. There was lots of product left over in both bottles of colour. One bottle could have easily done one application but the ends and roots colour are different. I didn’t want to leave a negative review, I was hoping esalon would respond to me via email to try and rectify it as per their satisfaction guarantee but as they haven’t, so I am sharing my experience here. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Very disappointedI followed all directions on covering my grey but when I got out of the shower and dried my hair my grey was still there! It wasn’t a good color I asked for a soft black with a violet shade what I got was a dark brownish red color. My grey is still there too.
