Horrible coverageThis product does not cover grays at all! I end up with a caramel colour over my grays & grays that were not touched. (My hair is dark brown) No matter how much they try to adjust my order, it’s always horrible. This is not a salon level product. Color not uniform.I soaked my hair in the color…poured globs onto my hand after doing it all over and making sure all my hair was saturated. But afterwards, when my hair was dry, I saw that parts ( in the front left quarter) were not the same color…as if I hadn’t applied any color at all! It may be that I need to leave it in longer. Did not arrive, no response from esalonI was to receive this order before an event.. it didn’t arrive to Ireland where I live, and I reached out to the customer service through the website over a week ago and have not received a response. Qualité très médiocreCouleur qui dessèche considérablement le cheveux, pourtant mes cheveux sont résistants et epais. La couleur est terne, aucune plus value, mieux vaut une couleur en grande surface, Une grande déception, pourtant le coffret reçu est très beau, fait très pro, mais le contenu est d’une qualité extrêmement médiocre et mes cheveux sont gravement desséchés, pourtant c’est ma coiffeuse à domicile qui a fait la couleur en suivant les instructions exactes. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
