Nope!While the product was easy to use, the color was SO wrong. I have had vibrant red hair, and sent two pictures. Thank goodness I did a strand test. The result was a dull and lifeless reddish blonde, not the vibrant red color that showed in the picture. I am not willing to try new formulas by mail, as I just don't want to be bothered with the hassle of multiple attempts before it's right. Itchy scalpHi I am writing to you about my hair color problem. The color is fine but I must be allergic to something in it Right after I applied it as directed my whole scalp started to itch horribly I had left it on for the 15 minutes-washed it with your shampoo and conditioner then rinsed it out and my scalp was itching horribly so I washed it again with my regular shampoo and conditioner rinsed it but my head still itched. Finally after getting driven nuts I had to take baby oil and saturate my head with baby oil which I left on for about 10 minutes to stop the itching. Then I rewashed my hair again and conditioner then it quit itching. So I’m afraid I can’t use your product anymore I don’t want to do this again so please cancel my membership as of now. If you have thick hair you will need 2 or 3 sets to do your hairIt took 2 times to get the color how I wanted it. The way to order is frustrating because there is no way for me to order more than 1 "set" at a time. The wording on the kit is very ambiguous to me as well and i have over 20 years of retail experience. The kit says it comes with 2 bottles of each and no the set comes with one and the end refresher comes with one. If i have a set and an ends refresher in my cart(which im getting charged for separately) alot of people would assume that 3 bottles of color will be coming, not 2. But my instructuons says my "kit" comes with 2 bottles. My hair is VERY thick and I needed 2 kits last time to get coverage and after emailing them them sent me 2 kits at one time. I didn't know I would have to place 2 totally separate orders(twice the shipping and alot of wasted packaging, the box is cute but sooo much bigger than nessary) to get enough of my root color to properly do my hair, just hit 2 in the cart but there is no optionfor that. Why can't they just adjust my kit to have a larger bottle? And why are you gating-keeping my color???
