Demi-Permanent ReviewI'm not ready to transition to permanent color yet, so I use demi-permanent to blend my greys. I liked the coverage and color of this product. However, on my next order, I adjusted my color to be lighter and the resulting order was actually darker than my first. I had to contact customer service and have them resend a corrected order. That was a pain. Also, on reorder, you have to pay extra for a second bottle of product for your ends. For permanent color, it makes sense to just send one bottle for roots, but with demi-permanent, it all washes out, requiring you to redye your whole head. The price ends up being over $40 per application of demi-permanent every 6 weeks (or however often you color). This is still likely less than in a salon, but more expensive than a demi color from Sally. Very UpsetI requested a change from permanent to demi permanent with no change to my color. My box arrived and said the same color name so I didn’t think anything about it. After using I was in shock with what results I got. I went back and looked closer at my formula and it was completely changed. Not the outcome I expected.Left my hair reddish I even left the color on longer as it takes longer for my hair to pick up color. Used toner and it only took out the brassiness but not the red overtones. Trying to D/C future product and it only allows me to postpone on stop all future orders.
