Difficult and not as describedThis was a hard application. I needed my husband to help. I won't use this versus the other all over coverage. I sent a message to Esalon about my concern, and they acknowledged my email, i still have not received a response. First time userI really wanted to be impressed. I followed the directions to a T. Gray coverage was not good on the temple area. Overall coverage was ok but not spectacular. Tried for timeI did my color on Friday, May, 17, later on that same day I can see grays. I followed the directions allowing for 30 minutes and adding water to the left over set and putting it on my hair as I rinsed off. Did not cover the graysI put the color into my hair following the same directions as before and the last application (done the same way) over half the grays were not covered.
