EnttäuschtFarbe hat nicht so gedeckt wie erwartet. Außerdem ist das Auftragen umständlich. Habe auch nicht bemerkt, dass ich ein Abo abgeschlossen habe. Ist sehr geschickt geschrieben und fühle mich übers Ohr gehauen. Man kann das Abo deaktivieren, was ich getan habe. Die Farbe wurde trotzdem verschickt. Poor customer serviceReally Unimpressed with customer service Ordered hair colour well over a week ago and it didn’t get despatched. Decided to go to hairdresser instead and tried to cancel the order as it says you can by phoning. Phone was not answered so repeatedly emailed and filled out contact form. Those were also not answered so now they have sent the colour very late which I no longer need and I have wasted over £40. allergic to productI used your product, gave me great color and shine. However, my scalp, neck, behind ears and upper back broke out in a ichy red rash. It lasted for 2 months. I emailed you twice before with no reponce from you. My last email asked you to discontinue my shipments. Now I recieved another one.
