Colour doesn't showdon't bother buying if you have dark hair. I followed all the instructions and you can kind of see it in the scalp/roots under a light and that's about it. very disappointing. i ordered Medium Brown Copper Golden 5CG and my current colour was third from the right (dark brown / black) and my hair is still basically the same. If you have light hair go for it i guess the instructions are good they provide you with two gloves and stain guard and stain removal wipes and the delivery was quick and reliable, but dark haired folks turn away; a complete waste of money. 1 de 1 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Needs a few adjustmentsColors not right yet, I think it’s pretty hard to get the right color by looking at photos on a phone. Have sent a few texts to get it changed for next time. Color Customly TerribleI went through process and sent a picture of my preferred color. What I received wasn’t even close. My hair should’ve been light medium brown with gold but what I got was nearly a black color. It was shockingly awful black. This company had no remedy other than to use clarifying shampoo and let it grow out on it’s own. Hola if you know how it feels to walk around with a shocking hair color you weren’t expecting.
