Easy, good color coverage, just not the color I wantInstructions are great - videos are amazing. It was so easy. Took me an hour, start to done and dry. My hair is so soft and shiny. Unfortunately I don’t love the color - the tone came out very yellow, almost orange on my natural blonde, which was my biggest fear. Hoping to find a way to get in touch with someone so I don’t have to live orange until my next color shipment. Not fully covering my gray white hairUpdate: After a day of coloring my hair (8/12/24) the color was totally washed out and I felt I have more gray hair. I wished I can send you an updated pic and vid of my hair to correct the color before sending to me again. I followed all instructions including time but still not covered with the color I received. Felt it just wash the color away when I washed my hair. Tried for the 2nd time and still the same. After the 2nd order, I stopped already. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application.
