La coloration n'a pas du tout pris sur les longueursLa coloration a bien pris sur mes racines, mais pas du tout sur les longueurs, malgré avoir soigneusement suivi les consignes. My customer color (sad face 😦)Well I asked for light ash Blonde with a hint of purple tint to it. In fact I even sent a note way before my hair color was shipped just to stress the purple tint. I got medium ash blonde with not even a hint of purple. I was very disappointed and sent two messages back to my colorist and I received no reply. So I cancelled my account but then rethought it and decided to try again for a reply to see what my colorist had to say.
