Damaged my hairWhen my first box arrived it was missing items and, most importantly, instructions. I followed a friend’s esalon instructions, which didn’t mention that you shouldn’t overlap with previously colored hair. I had a chunk of hair professionally bleached over a year ago, Feb 2024, and my hair was still very healthy, no breaking. However, since using the box and applying to the bleached section of hair, it’s become dry and brittle. I didn’t know there were instructions online as they are near impossible to find.
