Caused hair to fall from root; 50% hairlossI gave this product 2 stars because the color has been on point each time and the stylists are very responsive. But coloring it every 5 weeks has caused me to lose half of my hair thickness. Before COVID I had really thick healthy hair, now it’s falling out in large clumps after I dye it and continues to fall out for several weeks following. I am 25, with dark brown hair and have white hair showing around my part, and face. I’m at a loss ... I want to conceal my whites but the significant hair-loss has scared me. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Color did not match the paper version formula at all.I keep trying but this time based on the color wheel formulation I thought we had found the one. Nope. Roots at dark brown were lighter than that then I did get fee inches of dark brown blending to a orange color. It was suppose to be copper but the dark brown did not look like it was a natural fade to the ends color. This just isn't working so far. Not much different from drugstore box dyePros: Delivered to my door quickly Plenty of product Easy to follow directions Cons: I HATE the color!! I did my best to select the proper color. I made sure to include in my email with the colorist that I didn’t want ANY red tones in my hair but unfortunately that’s exactly what happened. My hair looks terrible. I’m so disappointed with the color. This is the same result I get when buying $6.00 box dye. I was hopeful that by taking the quiz I would have better luck selecting a brown color with NO red tones. Not covering the grey roots very wellThis is the 2nd month where my grey coverage has not been good enough. I thought I may have made a mistake the 1st time, but this time I made sure my roots around my face had color - double checked. I still have spots of grey patches.
