Not what i was hoping forMy color is dull after a couple of days. The gold tones are coming through when I wanted ashy tones. Too brassy....and really one toned, not multi layered color. Farbton komplett verfehlt!Trotz genauen Angaben plus Originalfoto meiner Haarfarbe sowie Foto meiner Wunschfarbe (die sich nicht sehr von meiner Haarfarbe unterscheidet) komplett falsche Haarfarbe bekommen! Noch nie hatte ich einen dermaßen langweilig Farbton! Mische mir meine Haarfarbe wieder selber! Erziele als „Nichtprofi“ bei weitem bessere Resultate! This is an unreliable product and unsatisfactory serviceI have a 6 months customer history with eSalon, time in which I was in awe of them (at start) only to be let down by both quality of product (had dye sets not covering grays) and service (unanswered outreach, delays in order processing and delivery). I have just cancelled my order and subsctiption because of delays in both order processing and shipping. I am so disappointed! Z.Zt. schlechtes FarbergebnisIch verwende schon einige Zeit das Colorset und war immer zufrieden. Jedoch nach dem vorletztem Färben werden die Grauansätze nur ganz schwach überdeckt und der gesammte Farbton ist blasser und schimmert grünlich. Was mir auch von meinem Frisör bestätigt wurde.
