I love e-salon.I don't know why I spent so much time each month going from one store to another looking for the right color. Of course, I didn't know about e-salon then. With e-salon I know exactly what color I'm getting. A couple of months ago I asked that you remove a little of the red. Well, put just a TINY red back in. Thanks. Beautiful color at such a great price!I now get consistent results at a great value. I was struggling to find a colorist and/or salon that I liked, and at a reasonable price. I did not like having to wait to get an appointment, and then having to wait once I got there. I also don't appreciate all the gossip and snarky talk at a salon. So the whole experience was not very enjoyable, and on top of that, I had to pay $100+ and the results were not always as expected. The stylish would try to upsell more color or different color, etc. I was just done with it. I discovered eSalon, and I love it. I get to choose how often my color is shipped to me. It's easy to make changes and the results are consistently fabulous. I've only made one change, as after a few colorings, I wanted something just a smidge darker, and the change ended up to be perfect.
