Great service & color for meA stylist called before my first order shipped to discuss my order. Since colors on a screen are often not true, I had been unsure which to choose. The stylist talked me through it and made recommendations and changed my order. When the color came, it was exactly what I wanted! However, my grays were visible again less than two weeks after application. I decided to try it again, using a different application method, to make sure it wasn't just me not doing a professional-grade job. After years of failure, now years of success!!!I am writing this 5-star review of eSalon to let others know what truly great hair color they have. I'm a brunette and have colored at home for years, using different brands, trying for the same color, but getting the same lousy results--and the professional colorings weren't much better. Sometimes the color covered the gray, sometimes it didn't. Sometimes the color was spot on, sometimes it came out brassy or almost black. There was never any consistency!
