loved color, hated customer serviceThe color was wonderful, but the price for reorder was too high. I was sent an offer for reorder at $10. When I loaded it in the cart, it charged full price. So I never submitted the order. Next thing I know, I receive an email stating my order was received. AND my credit card has been charged full amount. In spite of two emails to cancel an order I did not make, I've received no response. Today I receive an email that my order has shipped! Watch this company. It's the most conditioning hair color by far. A+At first I thought it didn't color my grey hair well enough. I went back to using the best OTC hair color I could purchase. What a mistake. My hair is so dry and brittle. I think my hair just grows so much faster and needs to be colored more often than I thought. Color looked goodI have been dying my hair for many many years and have been many colors. mostly a light brown/dark blonde over my formerly dark brown (now with lots of grey) I have tried a few things but have always gone back to L'Oreal, mostly because it leaves the hair the softest, color is good and low price this color held better and looked great, but I did not like the feel as much.
