Not correct.So, I’ve always dyed my own hair but decided I wanted better hair dye. This was my second box. I’m supposed to have black hair dye but my roots are red? Which is confusing because my natural hair is dark brown. Super disappointed considering the price. Too disappointed. Would never buy it again!I saw the good reviews and thought to give it a try. I have black hair and some gray hair. The color (copper mahogany)itself was really nice but I was really disappointed with the coverage. Followed the process 100% but still, my gray hair wasn't covered at all. A little too darkI have tried eSalon’s ash blonde demi-permanent color twice now on my level 8 hair.. The first time was eSalon’s 8.1 medium ash blonde, which turned out like a level 6-7 light brown on me. It washed out eventually after using a whole bottle of clarifying shampoo. I alerted eSalon and they adjusted the next order to 9,1 ash blonde which I tried a month later. It wasn’t as dark, but on me it still turned out about a level 7. No auto sign upI did not want to sign up for automatic sending of product. When I first ordered I wanted to see if I even like the product, and before long I was receiving package way too often. DANGERi don't know if this batch that i got was a new mix but i left it on my bathroom cart for 15 minutes only to come back and find all the contents completely oozed out of the bottle and unto my cart, which is now damaged. i tried to salvage whatever i could scoop up and tried to color my hair, immediately my eyes started to burn and tear up, and the smell of ammonia was overbearing, not to mention that i started to get sick to my stomach. I immediately washed it out of my hair. I should also mention that my son used the bathroom and told me that he felt like he was going to throw up while using the bathroom, i didn't put two and two together until i went in there and i started to feel this as well. I am cancelling my subscription immediately and going back to what i used before which never gave me any side effects at all. Highly disappointed. And i hope i don't have any lingering side effects from this.
